1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DMFirst platform at dmfirst.sbs, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use DMFirst
- You must be in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted
- Only one account per person is permitted — multiple accounts may result in suspension
- You must not use DMFirst for unlawful purposes
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information including your active mobile number. You must keep your login credentials secure and not share your password or OTP with any person. DMFirst is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your negligence.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted via UPI, Paytm, E-Wallet, USDT and ARPay. The minimum deposit is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours via Bank Transfer, UPI or USDT. Withdrawal range is ₹110 to ₹10,000,000. Incorrect bank details provided by the user may cause delays — DMFirst is not responsible for such errors.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome bonuses, gift codes and promotional rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the platform at the time of the offer. DMFirst reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using bots, automated tools or software to manipulate games
- Exploiting bugs, errors or glitches in the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform
- Providing false information during registration or KYC
7. Responsible Gaming
DMFirst promotes responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and time limits. Gaming should be treated as entertainment only. If gaming is causing problems, please contact customer support and consider taking a break.
8. Limitation of Liability
DMFirst is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, connection failures, force majeure events or actions taken based on information on third-party websites. Always verify game results through the official dmfirst.sbs platform.
9. Account Suspension
DMFirst reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of promotions, multiple accounts or illegal activity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate channels as communicated via the official platform.
11. Changes to Terms
DMFirst may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
